We recommend that you arrive at the check-in desk at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure that there is enough time to check-in and complete all pre-appointment paper work.
Please make sure to bring your Emirates ID (or other government-issued ID) and health insurance card to your appointment.
We also recommend that you bring any medications or medical records (from other facilitates) that are relevant to your current medical condition.

HSMC currently accepts the following insurance plans:
Yes, HSMC accepts patients with out-of-network plans, patients are advised to check directly with their health insurance provider(s) on their eligibility of Reimbursement / GOP.
Your doctor will issue you a discharge order once you are cleared and deemed fit to leave. The coordinator or your attending nurse will also provide you with additional instructions about your discharge as well as your home care if necessary.
For bills, you or your companion will be asked to visit the billing department to settle any other payments not covered by your insurance
