Dr. Abdul Aziz received his American Board of Ophthalmology certification in 2016. After graduating from medical school, he completed his ophthalmology residency at the prestigious Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, Florida, which has been ranked the number one eye hospital in the United States for over 20 consecutive years.
Following his residency, Dr. Abdul Aziz pursued advanced fellowship training in ocular oncology at the Cole Eye Institute at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He then completed a fellowship in vitreoretinal diseases and ocular oncology at the USC Roski Eye Institute in Los Angeles, California. To further hone his surgical expertise, Dr. Abdul Aziz undertook an additional fellowship at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada.
