Ola Nazih Younis Abueida is a licensed Clinical Dietitian with more than four years of experience across both inpatient and outpatient healthcare settings in Abu Dhabi. She graduated from United Arab Emirates University and completed her clinical training across the most leading hospitals in Abu Dhabi, gaining broad exposure to medical nutrition therapy, multidisciplinary care, and the nutritional management of acute and chronic conditions.
Ms. Abueida professional experience spans clinical nutrition, weight management, metabolic health, gastrointestinal conditions, bariatric care, women’s health, pediatric and adolescent nutrition, and nutrition support for patients with chronic diseases. She brings a strong clinical foundation together with a practical understanding of the challenges patients face outside the clinical environment.
Ms. Abueida approach goes beyond prescribing a diet plan. She works with each patient to understand the nutritional, metabolic, behavioral, and lifestyle factors influencing their health, then translates evidence-based recommendations into realistic and sustainable strategies that fit their individual needs and daily life. She also works closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive nutritional assessment, individualized intervention, and ongoing monitoring of clinical and nutritional outcomes.
Her goal is not only to improve nutritional status, but to help patients better understand their bodies, build sustainable habits, and develop a healthier and more confident relationship with food while supporting long-term metabolic health and quality of life.
