Dance Fusion Workout is a high energy, low impact class designed to get you moving, smiling and feeling strong whilst being gentle on the joints. Through music, rhythm and expressive movement, this whole body workout improves fitness, balance, coordination and stamina. Set to an uplifting mix of Bollywood, Latin, Arabic, K-Pop and pop music, the class creates a joyful, supportive space to let-go, reset and recharge. We welcome beginners and experienced dance enthusiasts.
