Dr. Chris is a consultant orthopaedic and knee surgeon who graduated from University College London in 1989. He completed his higher surgical and orthopaedic training in London, Bristol and Cape Town Universities, including fellowships in knee surgery and lower limb reconstruction. He has been on the UK GMC specialist register since 2004, and was an NHS consultant in Gloucester and Cheltenham for almost 10 years.
He completed his Master of Surgery qualification in Bristol, has published book chapters and journal articles on knee surgery, and is co-editor of a current textbook entitled ‘Surgery of the Knee’.
He performs orthopaedic and knee surgery for sports injuries, deformity and degenerative conditions, including meniscal surgery, ligament reconstruction, osteotomy and knee replacement. He is known to offer an unbiased opinion regarding the need for surgery and the options available.
