One of the best medical facility. They dont say it for the sake of marketing only like other hospitals but their action reflect how truly their patients come first for them. It has one of the best set of doctors in most specialities if not all.

I recently had an abcess Incision and drainage procedure on urgent basis by Dr. Rabbih Maatouk at Harley. He is indeed an extemely skilled surgeon, compassionate and down-to-earth. Utmost care was provided to minimise my pain before, during and even after the operation. I was facing some issues regarding insurance since it was taking ages to approve. But they didnot delay my treatment for the sake of approval like other hospitals, truly priortized my condition and my treatment and went ahead regardless. I had other personal concerns and they went extra mile to make me feel at ease and enhance my experience.

I was at the clinic for a respiratory problem of my daughter that has been dragging for months. I met Dr. Chiara who listened to our story carefully and was finally able to identify a therapy that finally worked. She explained to us very clearly what to do and was very kind with my child. After seeing so many doctors I can’t thank her enough for helping my daughter. The sleepless nights due to caught of my daughter are now a memory. Thanks again Dr for being so prepared and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is suffering for similar issues. I was also pleased to know that she can fluently speak Italian, Spanish and French. This really makes a difference when dealing with such matters. In my opinion Dr Chiara is the best children’s pneumologist in the country!

Heard excellent about Harley Street Medical Center and yet was very pleasantly surprised with level of professionalism, efficency, and how warm and supportive all medical teams that met are (admin staff, nurses, doctor).

For any breathing/pulmological issues, I highly recommend Dr. Hady, whose extensive expertise and experience are immediately evident. Appreciated the doctor’s level of attention and the way he explains everything in detail in a very clear and understandable way (even sketching). Nursing staff follow the same receipt. Special appreciation for not prescribing unnecessary tests and treatments.

Been here at HSMC many times for my son’s sleep apnea conditions. We’ve been to 3 hospitals before HSMC and the usual medicines prescribed for my son’s condition was antibiotics and anti-allergies only while my son’s apnea problem worsen. I had been recommending HSMC friends and people I’ve met just as today (march 25, 2023). My son has the worst sleep apnea conditions they have ever seen from children and even adult according to Dr. Hady (My son’s operation was i think last 2016) . And just today I overheard a couple at fun city talking about their kid with exactly same condition of my son before. And remember HSMC. By 2017 I undergone knee operation as well with Dr. Amjad at HSMC and I can honestly say they are all trustworthy doctors and nurses.

Absolutely first class service. The healthcare system at Harley St is a fine example of human centred health care. All the doctors I encountered were caring, compassionate, professional and thorough in their approach to a number of health concerns I had. Tests were undertaken almost immediately to aid in diagnosis and liaison with insurance and payment was streamlined brilliantly. Australia needs to look at the best practice model!
