DAY SURGERY CLINIC
Harley Street Medical Centre includes a day Care Surgery Department. We perform a variety of operations and procedures according to our surgical specialties, (general surgery, plastic surgery, urology, ophthalmology, colorectal, gastro, vascular, ENT and orthopaedics etc.). These procedures are carried out under general anesthesia, regional or local anesthesia or sedation.
Most of our patients are released to go home the same day of the operation, but our facility offers comfortable rooms for overnight stays if it is necessary or if the patient prefers to stay.

Day Surgery at HSMC refers to outpatient surgical procedures completed within a single day—no overnight stay. The facility supports minor to moderate surgeries under anesthesia, using advanced technology and experienced surgical teams.
Typical preparation steps include:
- Pre-operative consultation and assessment (e.g., anesthetic review)
- Complete pre-surgery health forms and tests
- Follow fasting, medication, and hygiene instructions from your surgeon/anaesthetist
(Hour-specific guidance is provided during booking and registration for surgery.)
